There is a Quality control manager & a Quality control Team who initiate quality procedures from the beginning of a project.Raw materials are procured after company’s offers of reputed suppliers/manufactures, starting with a standard Quality assurance Plan (Q.A.P). All subsequent tests, checks & examinations are done as per stipulated standard procedures. Regular PQR, WPQR & Other Procedures are followed to the satisfaction of each customer.
Semi finished & finished materials are passed only after done test of
- Ultrasonic test
- Servicon test
- Dye-penetration test
- Magnetic Particle test
- Radiographic test
- Hydraulic test
And as per Requirement of customers.As warranted including preheating, stress realizing & Normalizing procedures. Various Standards such as ASME, B.I.S, B.S etc. are strictly followed as per applicability & need of the clients.
