WELCOME MESSAGE FROM MANAGING DIRECTOR:

After passing out from the only IIT of the time, with a first class Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering, I did not opt for a lucrative career in U.S.A or Canada. Instead, I served in Asiatic Oxygen Ltd with the sole objective of Research & manufacturing work in my country & subsequently switching over to my own technical enterprise In order to realize my aspiration I established my own enterprise “Titan Engineering” to initiate Research & Design work. Titan Engineering Company Pvt. Ltd. Progressively came into being with the development of complete Oxygen/Nitrogen Plants & Acetylene Plants, and has earned a prestigious National Award from the Govt. of India for Outstanding & meritorious Invention in the field of cryogenics (Liquefaction & fractional distillation of air for the production of Oxygen and Nitrogen) Subsequently, Titan Engineering specialized in different types of Pressure Vessels, Boiler Vessels & Parts, Technological Structures etc, having earned Govt. Approvals for such designs & manufactures. We finally built up our premises on a 3.0 Acres industrial land & purchased two offices in Kolkata for constant liaison work.
While advancing, we have always set high thoughts, spending about 200 per cent more on salaries & wages to employees, than what other  SSIs of our size & type pay to their employees.

  We have constructed Housing Complex for our employees, a unique proposition in the sphere of SSI community of the entire state & may be of the entire country. A very megre amount of rent is taken from the employees. We are proud to provide air-conditioned sitting arrangements for our entire office staff from Director to peon. We have been paying the maximum permissible bonus to our employees for the last 15 years, irrespective of their eligibility or non-eligibility.
